At African Book Connection, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
1. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
2. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. REFUND PROCESS
1. Initiate Request: To request a refund, please contact us at stock@africanbookconnection.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. EXCLUSIONS
The following items are nonrefundable:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Damaged or used items not caused during delivery.
- Products returned outside of the refund period.
- Textbooks, study guides, literature, and any other written material that was correctly ordered and supplied will be excluded from refunds.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Retain proof of shipping for tracking purposes.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required to process the refund or replacement.
